i know that i have told you this already. but after looking at the slide show and seeing him at the funeral, im saying it one more time. im sorry that i didnt make the funeral and im sorry that i didnt make it time to help. i was going to come down as soon as i could but i didnt make it. words can not express how i feel and i just want you to know that i am on the verge of tears because i didnt get to see his smiling face or hold his tiny body. but im waiting along with you until we get to see him in heaven. grandma linda and co. are taking good care of him until we get there, i can tell you that. love you always cuz.

I am so sorry for your loss of your beautiful little boy.  I am a mother of 4 children (ages 9,3,2, and 4 months) and I could not imagine my life without any one of them!!!  I am so scared of Sids and was astonished at how many babies I had read on here that had died from it.  Your baby is beautiful and will always be beautiful as an angel in heaven !!!  He is smiling down on you right now!  Hold on to the knowledge of knowing that you gave God an angel!

I found a prayer in a book that I wanted to share with you. I have lost the one I love, Lord, and the profound emptiness I fell is unbearable at times. In those moments, I know you are with me, but it may be a while before I can sense your comfort and care. Meanwhile, please keep me safe as I grieve - as I question - as I rage- as I weep - as I sit in silence waiting to heal and feel whole and alive again. I know you can get through this because Quintin is overflowing in your heart, body and soul. He is with you always. The joy you will spread, every smile you make and every person you will meet will feel the love and joy that you have to give because Quintin is all of those things which is apart of you.
